R.ROSETTA is freely available on github repository

Prerequisites

R.ROSETTA works with UNIX and Windows OS. UNIX operating systems require wine. A tutorial by David Baumgold, how to install wine on macOS platforms.

Available functions

rosetta() generates rough set-based classification model
recalculateRules() recalculates rules using the input data. Retrieves support sets for rules
predictClass() predicts external classes from the model
getFeatures() extracts features from the rules
viewRules() displays rules in the IF-THEN format
synData() generates synthetic decision table
saveLineByLine() saves rules to LineByLine format
plotRule() creates a plot showing interactions for a single rule
plotMeanROC() creates a plot with a ROC curve

Acknowledgments

R.ROSETTA includes a sample dataset collected from GEO repository with the reference number GSE25507.
